What do you like about working at Network Building & Consulting?

"The people I worked alongside with, with the exception of management, were friendly and helpful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. Avoid them unless you are a seasoned veteran of telecommunications or have an in with the company."

What don't you like about working at Network Building & Consulting?

"I was at this job for roughly 3 weeks. I was brought in as a rookie hire, and needed a month worth of training. I was instead treated like an intern despite 2 years of telecomm experience, forced to drive 50 additional miles each day outside of my normal commute, and do menial secretarial duties. I never experienced a single days worth of training. My supervisor never told me her expectations of me, and I was threatened with termination on my 2nd day on the job; and told I was consistently tardy...even though I was never told what time to arrive at work, so got there at 9am like a normal person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your project managers are lousy, uncooperative, unreachable, and unfriendly. Oh, and here's another tip for them; they shouldn't let their personal feelings towards an employee determine their professional responsibilities to said employee."
