"No commitment. They don’t respect their employees or their lives. They exploit their employees' need to earn their livings to push them to the maximum, extra overtime with no compensation. Stereotyping their employees based on nationalities. Very bad project management strategies. Their strategy is based on pushing their employees to work extra overtime until the employee breaks down and then he is fired! They always have resource shortage – for cost reduction and higher profit generation and result of their bad reputation. Family business, no professional atmosphere. Full of conspiracies, not healthy environment at all. Until you are very good at politics and conspiracy, you have no future in this company. Their reputation is very bad across their home country – Lebanon. Only fresh graduates accept their job offers. Almost all their current employees are still working for them until finding job offers somewhere else."
