"As a startup game developer the company was financially strapped as is expected with startups. Salaries were on the low end of average and their were no benefits or healthcare. The crew was very young and inexperienced but has as much or more heart then any AAA team I've ever worked with. The CEO (Peter) is a likable guy and a colorful character with exciting ideas and plans, but also very much about business and bottom line. This is particularly apparent when it comes to job cuts due to budget."
