"Nelson ha treated me well and there was room for advancement. I started out as a machine operator and worked my way up in 3 yrs to plant manager."

What don't you like about working at Nelson Staffing?

"The company is family owned by a brother and sister and they are a eccentric group of people. It was difficult working there due to lack of involvement on there part. That is why I am at the point I am at."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The owners need to listen to the managers who are dealing with the day to day operations."
