"If Disney is the happiest place to work then we are number two. Working for a family that is proud to put their name on the sign means a lot. And the ability to recognize the need for change while still trying to keep tradition is something they are willing to do. I personally feel exactly like family and they have my affections as well. We are a seasonal business but a select few get to work all year long and keep in touch all seasons with the others. On many occasions we have kids just stop by years after they grow up just to say hello."
