I was awarded for the Highest Dollars Collector, Top Charge Off Saves, Top Collector, Highest QA of the month and most amazingly being chosen “Top Dollars Collector “of the year. I was also chosen to be on a New Team of 4 created by Management called the “Challenger Team”. I was promoted within (2) years to the Hi Balance Team where I was responsible for handling all VIP, B2B Consumer & Commercial and Employee accounts. I have the ability to balance a strong analytical and critical thinking while developing a rapport relationships and loyalty with our customers. I have been recognized by Management and Customers on many occasions for my loyalty, hardworking, dedication and being a great team player.
