Needle Employee

"I only worked as a brand advocate/chat agent for about 3 months. Fun job, and great people. Need to know the brand you are representing well. VERY little training, and you kind of learn as you go. Scheduling is a bit confusing, and not necessarily fair. LOTS of issues with scheduling with the brand I was representing. Communication with management is poor. Needle lost the contract I was representing, and a few others as I understand. They gave 1 day notice, and not responding to inquiries about cashing in points. Did not pay for training as promised. Overall, decent job while it lasted, but fairly temporary position."
