Regional Sales Representative

"Nearshore Metal Works has been an adventure for the past 3 years of my life. I was hired to help the company expand its manufacturing into off-road products. Working for a CEO that was a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, influenced me greatly on my perception of manufacturing and project management as a whole. Having a pandemic affecting the ability to perform the required tasks needed to satisfy our customers, Nearshore was unable to sustain its business and has been minimized to solely handling required maintenance contracts. With this event, happening 6 employees including myself were released from our contracts and allowed to seek employment from other sources."
