I have to do every task at my own and it is easy if you are engaged in some project where others are working too but for me I have to do all tasks at my own and I don't like doing this stuff."

"The salary is limited as a student or post-doc at NDSU."

"Tracking all the materials and safety issues are important for composite manufacturing. Also, the enough training and experience are the keys to make sure the quality and quantity of the composites."
