"NAVSYS is a very frustrating place to work. The CEO of the company (who is involved in every project) is not very courteous or respectful to employees and is much more effective in creating roadblocks to success than removing them. Working for NAVSYS will leave you in a constant state of frustration so I recommend using your skills elsewhere."
