"Navatar is a niche private capital markets firm that has experienced growth in the past but it is slowing fast, which is impacting the hiring, the strategic outlook of the firm and overall company morale. The people that work there are all very well to do, trainable and willing to work but as the profits have slipped so has the transparency from management.
