"Nav is a Fintech company in Draper, UT. The first thing I have to say about Nav is about the company culture. This place treats their employees well! EVERY DAY is a catered lunch. Follow this by unlimited PTO. Nav knows how to keep employees happy. Another huge thing I love is how honest you can be with everyone there. With Many companies you get bib blowback on you if you share your honest thoughts about a work issue. Lots of passive aggressive management out there. I didn’t see any of this at Nav. Here they value authenticity and most of all honesty!"
