"The company(America Sector) is relatively new. (Less than ten years) With it being this new, especially with the amount of growth that it has had, It has exceeded expectations. NHA as a whole, has become a company that shows its employees that it not only values their time and resources, but their personal life as well. They have vast resources available, that help us succeed. They prefer to promote from within, and generally do so within 1-2 years of employment. Travel is necessary, however, if there are volunteers, those who do not wish to travel, will not often have to do so. Pay is competitive.
