"I had worked for Nationwide Vision for a year and 2 months or so. The job was fairly easy but the management was everywhere. Often the manager did not explain some workload she just dropped somewhere and when told about coworkers not putting a fair enough of effort, never talked to them or enforced what she told them if she did talk to them. That is besides not having fair enough pay when finding out a coworker who I told them enough times about, slacked in her job work but got paid $4 more than I did when she was able to just hang out in the back instead of help in the front."
