"If you can help it, don't work here, at this place you can't have an opinion that differs from management, unless you're a friend, there's no fair treatment especially if you're Black, you can't disagree with management and your ideas are only good ideas if they are the ideas of management, turnover is really high and HR could care less, the CEO for this company could care less, even if you went to HR, watch out because retribution is coming in the form of a write up."
