"after being hired company would change compinsation rates, made employees paint personal vehicles, employees had to provide all tools and gas along with vehicle with no reimbersment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"catv companys need to work with contractors directly, instead of having a middleman who takes 70% off the top and provides nothing for it. a fairer equation would be 70% to contractor who has all expenses. Almost all employees I worked with have left the company after being hiired when we realized we could not even afford gas at thier compensation rate"
