"It is a strong company with great values and a wonderful place to work."
"I've worked at the National MS Society for multiple years. The work is extremely satisfying, knowing that I am improving the lives of people that are struggling with the challenges of MS. I struggle a bit with the slow/indecisive pace of the workplace and the top-heavy management style of the organization."
"The mission, vision, and values are all powerful and the staff is fully committed to the cause. Organization-wide communication keeps you informed and allows you to see your impact regardless of where you sit and what role you have. On a lower and more day-to-day level, I think there is always room for improvement and some accountability measures for those in managerial positions, but can tell efforts are being made to ensure a consistent employee experience across the country."
