It is difficult to keep students' attention for such long periods of time and there are not a lot of opportunities for in-class activities provided within the textbooks used. The instructor must follow the textbooks and syllabI exactly."

"I would choose better textbooks that would work better for adult learners and keep them more interested."

"The strategic structure of campus put all responsibility of on Campus Director. There were no Deans or Directors and only 4 academic full time employees. Therefore, making it difficult to balance personal and business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appoint a Director of Admissions and Academic Dean and Operations Director. This would allow for delegation and teams to be put together to get more done and more growth for the campus."
