What do you like about working at National Buffalo Wing Festival ?
"It gives me experience working with a successful National Festival. With over 80,000 people coming to the festival it allows me to reach a great amount of people in the social media world that can be brought to new heights and help break attendance records each year. I find this a fulfilling experience with the hard work put into getting the word out with the surrounding areas of Toronto, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo, NY."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company is ran with a handful of people and don't hire often until the festival. It's too early for me to say what would be a great tip other than be ambitious and show them that you want to work with them and it will pay off."
What don't you like about working at National Buffalo Wing Festival ?
"The compensation of pay is less than I want, however the budget for the festival for employees isn't the greatest, the people I work with are very upbeat and wonderful to work with which makes it a great experience besides the challenge of growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion for management would have been to tackle the social media networks years ago, which would have had the festival grow to a greater population at this point in time."
