Namco Bandai Games Employee

"I worked at Namco for over seven years. My co-workers and immediate supervisors were great, but upper management was another thing. In my opinion they could not make changes to coincide with the direction the game industry was heading. There were also a number of directors and above that had no clue what was going on, but they were able to "talk" their way into and out of anything. This caused a lot of problems including turnover at the company."
