Nailor Industries Employee

"I worked at Nailor for 6 months. It started out they were very supportive with the charges and improvements I started making until I started trying to improve safety and maintenance work area. This was deemed unimportant and a waste of resources. I did not have an office for half the time I worked there until I was able to build one on an extremely cheap budget. They never wanted to fix equipment just keep it running. Preventative maintenance was never done or recorded."
