"Not a proper work environment"
"Nabis is a very early stage third party logistics software and cannabis distribution company with founders originating in Silicon Valley. They have a different model than most of the cannabis industry and the proprietary software is a nice streamlined way of doing supply chain services compared to the piecemeal of other distributors and their systems. There is always more to learn in the cannabis industry and Nabis has a casual structure and culture that can allow for curveballs."
"The founders are great, but the "Director of Engineering" is a lot to handle. Most people don't like working with him and find him to be too intense. He does not have much experience with managing people and gets threatened by any sign of intelligence. Another issue with the company is that they abuse the "exempt employee" part of the contract and expect you to work 24/7 with no expectation of bonuses (they say they give them out, but I have yet to see anyone get them). They are also extremely critical when giving reviews. Nobody can receive a 5 out of 5 on anything. It's honestly a very hard job, and I do not recommend it if you want to stay healthy."
