What do you like about working at MyPublisher?
"The creative team and those creating books are professional and pleasant to work with. The building is in a good location and easy to access."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not expect to be promoted. Do not expect to receive any salary increases. Do expect to have minimal break times and be watched carefully as you work. Be aware that you cannot take a day off between October and January each year."
What don't you like about working at MyPublisher?
"The company has little communication among departments. I was given the authority to make certain decisions, but when I made them they were picked apart and questioned. Some managers did not communicate clearly to their workers. There is little, if any, promotion from within and jobs are not posted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Post jobs from within so people can be promoted and have a future with the company. Allow workers to approach human resources without fear of repercussions. Make goals clear to workers. Do not make policies that will most definitely anger the customers."
