"Great company to work for. Really casual, relaxed atmosphere. Very flexible schedule and telecommuting option available with management approval. One thing to improve would be the option to keep moving up through the company. Because of it's small size it is really difficult to move up and there doesn't seem to be any other options once you get to a certain level."

"The commute was long. While they allowed some telecommuting at times, most of the time you had to travel at least 70 minutes to the workplace."
