"It is absolutely necessary for a new employee to be paired with someone knowledgeable to learn the tasks that would be required to perform."

"Management personnel are not experienced with all phases of design/build. Also management needs to acquire management skills. Company is heavy on top end"

"Not being included in Strategic Plannig at the Executive Level - making for time consuming processing of goals and objectives among the Business Unit Managers and their COO's."

"I believe the existing executives were sensitive to necessary imporvement and have follow through with implementing that which makes for a great place to now be employed."
