"No room for any type of advancement. Once you were placed on the floor you were taking calls for the rest of your career. The treatment of the emplyees were very disrespectful and were afraid to speak out against it. When questioned about this it was like an interrogation and when they left this room there was nothing that was going to be done. It was an attitude of we will just hire another that won't rock the boat."
