"I have worked for Murphy Industrial Coatings for a little over a year. On the outside a decent paint company to work for. On the inside, we have internal management issues that seem to hinder the profitability of each job. As well as not having a steady workload lined up to make it hard to keep good employees for extended periods. There is potential for economic growth I can see it."
