"I've worked at MTI College for about 3 years and 2 months. At first, my job seemed difficult learning the new tasks that needed to be done and getting a hang of how things are ran here. Throughout my time here, I have shadowed 3 different instructors who taught the different clinical classes, to get a feel when I was ready to teach my own class. Finally I had the confidence to teach a class and was given MO185 the last class of the medical assisting program where the students learn injections."
