"I worked at Mt.Sac DSPS for a year as a part-time student assistant. It's a great job for a student. Not only is it on campus but it affords you time to study during slow times as well. The people there are great and caring. They genuinely feel like friends rather than coworkers. The only downside is that the work is relatively easy which might make it boring."

"The distance drive from my home and the hourly pay. I am doing work study here as I attend full time Business classes and I'm done."

"NONE, they are doing the best mentoring here and down to earth real."

"If you dont fit in with the ethnicity of the department you may not be a good fit with this community."

"If Mt San Antonio Gardens could manager their own dining and housekeeping it would be an ideal company to work for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The GM and other management from Sodexo are the only problem. Mt San Antonio Gardens is a non-profit company but Sodexo is not and it shows in everything Sodexo does."
