"none. all the managers I wroked with there were just great and people oriented."

"I've worked for ETS since the spring of 2015. The flexibility of choosing your own shift and creating your schedule is very appealing.. I like the fact that the job is challenging and it pushes me to do better everyday. Every day I get to help a few people in some way. Also it's great to be able to meet people from different backgrounds and to be able to practice my communication skills on daily basis."

"Any particular interview depends on a person you are talking to, position you are apply to and company you want to working to."

What don't you like about working at M&T Bank?

"In some of the companies there is no option for bonuses, salary raise, and no pay for overtime. Some companies require not talking loud, so co-workers would be able to better concentrate what they are doing, but people break this rule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes managers insist too many switches between projects, not pay attention to every project due date and exactly scope of the particular project. I think managers not only manage people, but also manage peoples' skills to avoid any interruption in workload process."
