"Be open honest. Ask questions and make sure you understand exactly is being asked of you."

What don't you like about working at MSIGHTS?

"There is very little to say that I didn't like. In my particular job function there were some Technology enhancements that could have given me a more efficient way of quality checking the accuracy of my work and fixing any of the errors I found independently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what you are doing as you expand. This is a great place to work."
