"While working for MSi, It was the most unprofessional "professional" experience I have ever had in my life. About 6 people total are attempting to manage a 5 million dollar company, or so they claim. This is a staffing company. Every friday when the employees are to be paid, lo and behold someone forgot to submit payroll. Almost every week they have to money gram the employees or write paper checks. They have a tough time with retention due to not only this, but their extreme disorganization. I was starstruck by Mrs. Donna Lowe upon first meeting her. She appeared to be an impressive business woman, very well spoken and genuine in her regard for others. What i would later come to learn, is that she tells anyone anything they need to hear and rarely follows through. This company hires under false pretenses, promising fork lift positions when there are none. Employees are directed to email their work hours over to the @info email, which is largely ignored and unresponsive.This is all coming from someone who worked directly with her, and has gotten to know her. The company is run by Marty as the CEO and Donna as COO. They are a husband and wife team, who often fight. Donna will project her marital stress onto anyone near her after a distressing phone call. She will berate and harass others around her only to profusely apologize shortly after... Only for the entire process to surely happen again. I would strongly caution anyone considering working for MSi to run the other way. If you read reviews on google, you will see she has attacked an employee before over a check. 10/10 would not recommend."
