"Throughout my entire +34 years of my professional experience, I was privileged to manage and lead the development, construction and project management of many mega flagship mix-use projects including high-rise and low-rise building types (residential, offices, hospitality, governmental, museums/cultural, educational, healthcare, sports facilities, etc..) including all its pertaining infrastructure, transportation and roadworks at various locations worldwide with specific focus onto the Middle East and GCC countries in particular. My role and involvement onto above referenced projects was also various between owner’s seat, PMC’s seat and contractor’s seat, this has given me good and clear vision to the overall construction and real estate development industry from all different views/sides, which further strengthen my ability to accurately and promptly manage and complete all entrusted tasks towards catalyzing both organizational excellence and teamwork inspiration to achieve targeted Projects delivery at planned time, expected and secured budget (with minimum commercial claims and disputes) and finally required quality. During my professional practice I was also privileged to team up and work in collaboration with World class and most reputable International Consultants/PMC and Architects such as but not limited to: Zaha Hadid Architects, MACE, Turner International, Turner & Townsend, Bechtel International, Davis Langdon Offshore, AECOM, KEO, Quantex, Skidmore, Owings & Merill LLP, BuroHappold Engineering, Renzo Piano, Michael Graves & Associates, Burns & McDonnell, Gensler and many others. In September 2019, I have concluded my almost 5 years entrusted tasks as Director – Projects Management throughout the construction completion and soft opening of the flagship Project Msheireb Downtown Doha, Doha, Qatar, a USD 6.25 Billons smart city (mix use) development at the heart of Doha City, and I am currently open to take further opportunities."
