"Unless you are ok with being treated poorly and without respect, then it's the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Medical Systems?
"The owners/operators are disrespectful to employees and put them last over their own needs. It's a very unprofessional environment where inappropriate conduct is used. There is no Human Resources department to advocate and stand up for employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Institute an HR department and also peer reviews as well as personal employee reviews. Also chances for employees to give feedback like exit interviews and regular meetings. Work on communication from top to bottom."

"flexiblity with hours. works day shift. no weekends or holidays."

"I do not have any tips for interviewing with this company because the are being bought out and will no longer be a company soon."

"Staff responsibilities needs to be designated. There needs to be better communication between staff and management"

"More communication between staff and management. More office meetings to see how the facility can flow better."
