"Place people in positions that match their skills. I am more of a system administrator versus a desktop engineer.."

"Work is not consistent. There are many times when staff is under utilized."

"More effort needs to be expended in the area of new business development."

"I've worked to Accustaff at John Deere for a little over 4 weeks now. I enjoy the job I do, the people I work with, and my John Deere supervisor. The warehouse environment is hard when it gets hot as I have had heat exhaustion before and am susceptible to heat more so than others. The tools and work bay are nice. My rate of pay is good and, currently, there is opportunity for overtime. The computer system we use could be a little bit better but it is not the worst I've ever used."

"Working with Ryan Kelly was absolutely a pleasure. His professionalism and his persistance in selling the consultants."

What don't you like about working at MPS Group?

"The business decision cost them a great deal. By forcing good and compident agents such as Ryan Kelly out. Every agency should have a Ryan Kelly his knowledge of the industry is like no other I have ever incountered, his persistance helped acquire new busness (clients) for RHI, his ability to sell the consultant kept the consultant continuously working with little down time between contracts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find Ryan Kelly and make him an offer he can't refuse, the agents you currently have are weak they lack the knowledge of the industries or the WOW factor for both clients and consultants."

"The company is being sold. If you are a hourly consultant type, it's a decent place to work. If you are looking for a career, look elsewhere."

"Senior Management has no vision for the future"

"None, they have already agreed to sell the company"

"Be yourself and do nto exaggerate your resume. It will be found out if you do."

What don't you like about working at MPS Group?

"No compassion for employees. Will just get rid of personnel without warning and not look back. Once they let you go they will not hire you back."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have compassion for your employees. Remember that they have family and a little worning would be nice so they can try to find employment elswhere or begin getting things in order for unemployment benefits."
