"My co-workers, and the job, I gained valuable experience in QA."
What don't you like about working at MPI Research?
"Upper management is a mess, it is run by people who have been with the company since the early 90s who aren't really cut out to be managers. Most of them are only concerned with churning out the work, not enabling employees to grow as individuals. They need serious work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to foster individuals, and cater to peoples strengths. My direct GL, Jason Shade was fantastic at this, but everyone above him, and the others that I had were not so good."
