"Moviebill is a small startup that is transitioning to become a larger more robust company. Overall, the work to be done isn't that difficult. Learning how to the work and understanding how things get done is what is hard. No one seems to know and if they do they aren't necessarily willing to help, even upon asking. So, in essence there is very little there in terms of real structure or processes."
