4.8I began working for Movie Tavern in the spring of 2013. It was a fast paced environment, very high in customer service satisfaction, but the fellowship between co-workers and management was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone works as a team, a family unit in truth. It is the sort of place where you come for the work and stay for the people. If a fault can be found, I'd place with the ketchup "parties." No matter what you do when stocking the ketchup for the next shift, you will still get it all over your white shirt.
2God-awful conditions. Every part of the building is heated, despite it being summer, so everyone is sweating like a damn work horse.
Breaks aren't on a schedule, and you take a break and someone in your theater needs help, you're obligated to help. What the hell kind of break is that? People aren't always allowed to donate an assigned theater row to someone else, even if the original server wants to go home after working for several hours and not being able to eat anything for that same amount of time and running on little to no sleep due to being kept by the managers until nearly closing (2:00 a.m.) the night before.
Stay far, FAR, away from this business. You'll be underpaid and the managers won't give a crap.
2.1Wages would increase by at least 25-30% due to the fact that the movie tavern industry has large sums of money. This is due to the fact that these people are more than wealthy and are selfish money hoarders. Food quality would be increased while dropping prices in order to sell more product
