"The Mouser Internship program provides excellent experience for the college student. You are assigned to one department, but every Friday you learn about a different department at the company. The interns participate in a group project that is presented to executive management. There is also an individual presentation to the department that you interned in. The pricing department went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience and learned as much as I could."

"You may not have a voice. The old heads here only believe in what they've experienced at mouser, but not what others have in other companies. Advice is not followed and too much initiative is squashed."

"People are stubborn and set in their ways. They are not open to new ideas. Mouser purchases tools, but then they don't have the expertise or drive to use them."

"Give more trust to your employees to do their jobs. I would have less micromanaging. Better money management."
