"Mountains Community Hospital is essential to the rural community is serves. However, the outdated Hospital is in desperate need of central air in the Medical Surgical Unit or at least window units. The summers are unbearable for staff and patients alike. I would also like to add; During low census, it is not uncommon for staff members to be out of work for a week at a time or more."
