Mountain Winery Employee

"I worked at this company for about two years and I always found myself working without much direction. I felt that although they had the necessary tools and employees they lacked good direction from the managers. I worked under two managers and they were very incompetent in regards to how the floor, which is where a majority of the service was provided, could be improved."
