I designed an adhesive coating machine which they built according to my specification and then they asked me to stay on as Quality Assurance Manager. I remained there for 5 years. Economic conditions forced them to downsize and close the plant."

"It's got to be the worse place I have ever worked in my life. The plant manager,the two weaveroomproduction managers are in my opinion poor excuses for managers and the way they treat people is going to come back and bite them on the one day."
