Mount Sinai Health System Employee

"I have worked for Mount Sinai for awhile and being that i have been in the medical field Sinai is on a level all on its own. They have their own way of running the institution that i have not seen in others hospitals. The intensity of the job is high. The expectations are even higher depending on what leave you are on. Its a rush for sure. Speed is a huge factor on how things get done. one thing is that no one really speaks to one another. The culture is really all emails."
