Moscow Ballet Employee

"There is a lot of potential for this company to be great - unfortunately the company is being mismanaged by the owner due to a lack of personal investment in the company itself. They are about the numbers with the actual profit margin sitting second, and company unity and moral is only an occasional afterthought. The people who work there (though a higher than average turn-over rate) for the most part are willing to try and help their fellow coworkers when they can. Keep in mind though that this is a small office environment - many hats are expected to be worn wether it was in the job description or not."
