"Cafeteria has good food and going home ASAP each Day! Some of the employee are nice and actually adults that do thier jobs without the childish head games and attitude."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you can stand around and talk just to make manager ego feel like their God, and do not care about other team members then you are perfect for the place. If not then RUN elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at Morton Plant Mease?
"Managers will lie and tear your name and integrity down to the ground so others look at you like red headed step child. They will make up stories and twist things around to make your life miserable. Some of them seem to really enjoy doing it so if you do not stand around and really pad their ego and be their best buddies then forget it...nothing and no one will help you or even think of treating you with respect or dignity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all that have been there more then 10 years. They form a nice little group of hens that sit around and come up with ways to make people miserable unless you are their best friend and are willing to lie to make them look good. Upper management needs to get heads out of the sand and question the integrity and attitudes of others in charge. Gee...could high turn over really be the job is to stressful (don't thick so), or...DUH... the manager is a bad manager or bully or treats people badly."
