Training and working at the Omaha Tower was excellent: Great working environment with all of the conveniences to make the work atmosphere positive. From the security, managers, trainers, and all co-workers, their pride for FNBO shows, making you feel like family."

  "Depending on your manager, Wells Fargo can be a good company. I enjoyed my time there, however, if one person makes a mistake in any part of the company, everyone is affected and can potentially have their job at risk. I did not work on the retail side, however, the retail side of the company made many mistakes eventually leading to our layoff in the mortgage servicing department. Pros: overtime often available, work environment, compensation (ok), a lot of vacay time + bank holidays Cons: The people above your department do not care about the frontline, layoff (displacement) possible at any time regardless of great results"
