"Signature Mortgage had no company training to speak of, there were no clear path to success or otherwise. They had no proven way of marketing and little understanding of client relations"

"Put clients needs above profit. Listen to your clients and solve their problems. Market as a company that can be trusted. Outline how your company is better then other mortgage companies and stick with a proven plan of success."
