Morris Manufacturing Employee

"Wouldn't recommend this position to my worst enemy. A sweatshop in every sense of the word. From March thru October it is consistently over 90 degrees, then October thru March, the temperature is tolerable. Very poor air quality all year long. Fumes, toxic chemicals, smoke, and almost no air circulation, many days it's hard to breathe. You are forced to stand your entire shift. Your only break is 1/2 hr for lunch. Time off is rare, and you might work up to 40 days or more, before being allowed a day off. The pay is poverty level or below, and the benefits are so horrible they are mostly useless."
