"I tried for 2 years to get hired as a Parts Consultant. When I finally got hired in January of this year, I thought it was for Parts. It turns out that I was placed as a Messaging Agent, which I neither wanted nor am good at. To make a long story short, basically, there is little to no communication between management, HR/TA, and employees. I asked for help multiple times to get into the right training program and never got a single response. When I finally resigned, they basically begged me to interview for the Parts position. Then they turned me down for the second time in a week. The training is average but doesn't prepare you. Once you go live, the support is useless. They point you to documents instead of teaching you or helping you with answers. I was lied to and ignored. I wasn't taken seriously. They pay lip service by saying they understand, they support you, and they want you to succeed, but nobody ever actually helps you."
"I worked for Morley Companies for three months. During that time, I found the environment to be a good work setting, but also somewhat lacking in a few areas. The company seems to be growing faster than it can handle. They are based out of Saginaw, MI with four office buildings and other locations around the world."
What do you like about working at Morley Cos?
