"I've been working for Morgan Stanley as a senior developer consultant for less than a year. Despite the seldom difficulties maintaining a work-life balance, it provides real professional challenge on a daily basis and allows you to follow a somewhat flexible routine."

"I have worked for Morgan Stanley for 3 months. Although my time with Morgan Stanley was brief, my interactions with my colleagues was extremely positive. The company is extremely well established and provides all of the necessary tools for success. However, there is one con. You must hold yourself to a higher standard when it comes to accountability. Management is there to help, but will not go out of their way to help you unless you go out of your way to ask."
